Mission
The Phil With Love Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in loving memory of Philip Louis Rabadi, whose life was tragically cut short. Our mission is to carry Philip's spirit, passion, and legacy through giving to causes that honor him or hold a special place in his heart.
Fundraising efforts
Our foundation will raise funds through various events, including an annual memorial golf tournament. The proceeds from these fundraisers will be dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities that share similar values as Philip or who are impacted by the issues his passing makes clear.

To honor Phil's belief in the transformative power of education, we will donate to scholarships for deserving students who embody Phil's values.
Phil was passionate about his role as a Surgical Physician's Assistant. A portion of our funds will be donated to institutions at the forefront of medical research and advancements.
Recognizing the life-altering impact of domestic violence and homicide on families and communities, we will extend financial support to organizations that assist survivors, advocating for their rights and recovery.
We will also contribute to initiatives and causes that reflect Phil's interests and values, ensuring his legacy lives on in meaningful and impactful ways.
Our commitment is to ensure that the funds raised will be utilized for the public good, aligning with Phil's spirit of generosity, empathy, and love for his community. We aim to keep Phil's memory alive through the Phil With Love Foundation, transforming our collective grief into positive action and lasting impact.

Ellie Radin and the cherished family and friends of the late Philip L. Rabadi, MS, PA-C ’15 have created the Philip L. Rabadi, MS, PA-C ’15 Legacy Fund. This scholarship fund, established at Albany Medical College, serves as a heartfelt tribute to Philip's extraordinary life. It aims to provide direct support to deserving students at Albany Medical College, the very institution that Philip proudly called his alma mater. Through this fund, we carry forward Philip's enduring spirit and commitment to excellence, ensuring his legacy lives on while empowering the next generation of medical professionals.

Each day, Philip exuded enthusiasm as a surgical PA for his dream career as part of the St. Peter’s General and Hepatobiliary Surgery team. Phil’s colleagues in the operating room and throughout the hospital were proud to call him their friend. His genuine kindness, friendship, humor, and bright spirit were always apparent. In caring for patients, he had compassion, dedication, and an unmatched approachable nature. Philip’s family, friends, and colleagues continue to honor his unforgettable character through funds raised for the Surgical Services Group at St. Peter’s Hospital in his memory.
